Our No Show Policy

To prevent crowding we limit the number of guests. We prefer notice as early as possible, but we understand if something urgent comes up and you have to cancel. As long as you e-mail our membership coordinator at VTRoseThorn@yahoo.com by the time of the party, or call the host that evening we won't hold it against you. Of course if there is a real emergency there is no problem at all. If you are a no-show, you will not be invited back and we will remove you from our mailing list.
